Return Policy Our CruelNeedsKind merchandise has been produced as part of our campaign, we will be taking pre-orders until Sunday 4th June. Delivery is expected to be 26th June 2023. Please choose your size and design carefully as this will be ordered especially for you. At the Kindness Store, all orders are confirmed, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds unless required by law. We know that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item due to a fault or being shipped incorrectly. If CFNZ is unable to replace or exchange it, we will issue you a full refund including shipping costs. Items must be returned in the original packaging, not worn, damaged, altered or washed. CFNZ reserves the right to decline a return if it does not meet the conditions above. Please get in touch with our CFNZ team by email comms@cfnz.org.nz or 0800 651122 within three days of receiving your item if you have any questions or need to return it.

Refunds Should we need to refund you, it will be credited to the card or account used to complete the original purchase (or a NZ bank account). Please be aware that refunds to your card can take up to 10 working days to be processed and cleared by your bank.
